How long is the recovery?

After surgery, it’s normal that small crusts appear in the transplantation area. Patients should avoid scratching as this might displace the new hair follicles. The final results can be seen within 12 to 18 months.

The procedure is performed under anesthesia. Mild discomfort or tightness may occur afterward and usually resolves quickly.

Will the transplanted hair look natural?

Yes. When performed using proper techniques, the hairline and density appear natural and blend with existing hair.
